“We introduce Apparel Manufacturers to the Mass-Market Retailers and Ready-to-wear (RTW) designer Label Buyers in all the major markets of ~ USA, CANADA, EUROPE, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND etc.”
AUSSIE-DEALERS has been dealing since 2004 with the apparel industries merchandisers and technical experts as a source informant for suppliers of fabrics, underlying fabrics, trims, accessories, machines, equipments and ERP software as well as arranging buyers for their surplus and stock-lot garments.
Introducing selective apparel manufacturers of Least Developed Countries (LDC), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS) to the Mass-market retailers and Ready-to-wear (RTW) designer label buyers.
We purposefully select the above locations due to the tax benefits that are our customers can benefit from. Presently we are working with Bangladesh manufacturers who currently enjoy the duty free access to Canada, Australia, Europe and the Japanese Markets under the generalized system of preference (GSP)
AUSSIE-DEALERS prior to the pre-selection of garment factories; use only those factories that are members of the officially recognized apex apparel export trade body apparel manufacturing units of that country. As these organizations/associations are committed to ensure the labor law of the country is being met, for example the sensitive issues such as child labor, maternity leave, payment of minimum wages, overtime, appointment card, workplace safety and labor rights of the garment workers in consonance with the Labor Standards set by the Government and that the ILO are met by the factory.
AUSSIE-DEALERS go an extra step to source the most appropriate manufacturer for the buyers by thoroughly evaluating the Factory on the basis of the following assessment:
• Personnel competency
• Technical competency
• Staff & Workers Facilities
• Buildings & Capacity
• Equipment & machinery
• Owners/ Directors past experiences
• Cliental List
• Environmental Control
• Quality Control system
• Factory reputation
• Financial performance
• Prevalent working procedures
In addition to this, AUSSIE-DEALERS have formulated a ‘Factory Evaluation Form’ which must be completed by every factory, then based on this physical and financial data we are able to asses the factories competencies accordingly. This assessment aids us in determining whether the particular factory has the means and capacity to service the buyer/s requirements.
Through AUSSIE-DEALERS local affiliations we can also provide a further service of: Merchandising, Quality Assurance and Quality Control as a ‘third party’ inspector for:
AUSSIE-DEALERS local Affiliate will inspect raw materials and components before production begins. After the client provides product samples, we will verify that the factory has ordered the correct materials, components, and accessories. We also randomly select a sample of partially-produced products for inspection of potential defects, and then report our findings to the client.
Upon the completion of Pre-Production Inspection, we provide technical advice to the factory in order to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during production.

During Production Inspection is ideal for shipments of substantial quantities; product lines with continuous production; strict requirements for on-time shipments; and as a follow-up if poor results were found during Pre-Production Inspection.
Normally, During Production Inspection is carried out when 10-15% of the merchandise is completed. AUSSIE-DEALERS local Affiliate will inspect the production batch and examine products in the line for possible defects.
We identify deviations, if any, and offer advice on corrective measures that will ensure uniformity of product and quality. We will also re-check any defects discovered during Pre-Production Inspection and confirm that they have been rectified.
Final Random Inspection can begin only after production is completed and all merchandise is ready and packed for shipment. We’ll verify product safety, quantity, workmanship, function, color, size, packing, and more. This ensures that your product is consistent and compliant with all country, industry, or otherwise-specified requirements.
